I’m glad to hear the situation was helped with the preview text filter option. I think I could definitely make that feature a bit more obvious, because it confuses a lot of people.

I clicked Preview and nothing. Then, I noticed the drop down menu ("Preview Text Filter"). Aha! This is the only blog I'm using Textile on and I'm by no means a rockstar. I'm used to HTML. (For the record, I use hReview Microformats on "50 Words":http://www.50words.net/ and it works fabulously in MarsEdit, much faster than the WordPress Write form, especially in backdating procrastinated reviews.) Thanks for your response. When my trial period ends, I will definitely be buying MarsEdit. I was planning on doing a comparison between MarsEdit and other software on the market, but I struggle to imagine what features any other software could feasibly have that could best MarsEdit.
